It is important to keep a contact's data up to date in the system. Be sure to audit your system regularly to update missing data so that you can effectively report on your clients.
To update your contact's details, find the contact you want to edit by typing their name in the 'Jump to contact' search bar and selecting them.
Your contact's dashboard will appear, displaying a summary of the contact’s information and recent activity.
To edit contact details, click the Details tab. At the top of each contact type section, you will find an edit button.
Clicking the button will open the contact type form for that section, where you can modify the information.
When you’re done, click the blue Save button to save your changes.
The same instructions apply for group and family contacts. For agencies using Site contacts, the Details tab will be named Site Information.
