When you set up Goals for your agency (see how to do that here), you will see the form names and deadlines associated with your goals in 2 places:
On the client dashboard:
On the Community Board:
When you click on the Community Board you will be taken to the dashboard, where you can filter for the data you're looking for in a myriad of ways. :
Contact name
Name of goal
Program
Assigned Staff Name
Status (complete or incomplete)
Deadline (when it's due - this week, this month, past due, etc.)
You will find that you can go directly to the contact who needs a form completed to reach the deadline by clicking on their name in the far left column. From there you can navigate to the proper form by clicking on the appropriate form link from their dashboard.
