You asked and we listened! With user input we've rolled out some new enhancements to VerticalChange. Check them out below.
Field Access Level Enhancements
We have made setting up and editing Field Access Levels easier! Below are a few of the updates made on using Field Access Levels.
Ability to Select All Permission sets when setting up Bulk Field Access Levels
When setting up Field Access Levels on Individual Fields, you can also now select All Permission Sets
When viewing the Field Access Levels that are set up, you will notice that they are more streamlined. They are now broken out by:
No Access - shows permissions that do not have any access to the field
Readonly Access - shows permissions that have Readonly Access to the field
Edit and Read Access - shows permissions that have Edit and Read Access to the field
The X to to remove a permission is now aligned and each Permission Set it on its own row.
You are now able to remove all Field Access Levels associated with a field in bulk by clicking on the Remove all Field Access Levels.
Be sure to Save the form after making your Field Access Level Updates!
Form Language Translation - NEW FEATURE
We are excited to share that you now have the ability to use Language Translations in Forms. This will help to eliminate the need to create additional forms for other Languages outside of English.
Before using this new feature, you will need to contact a member of the VerticalChange Support team to enable this for your account.
When using the Language Translation feature in forms, you will need to have the additional language form/fields, as VerticalChange does not provide translation service, only the ability to allow one form to be shown in multiple languages
When you are in "Edit" mode of a Form Template in Form Builder, you will now be able to select additional languages (note: not all languages are currently supported).
Once the language is selected, you will now see an additional Label box under the English Label. You will enter the translation for the additional Language in the box with the flag for the language. See example below:
The form will present to you in the language that you have set in your Account Settings in VerticalChange. If your language is set to English and you want to view the Spanish version of a form during form completion, simply change your language at the top right hand corner of the screen from English to Spanish.
Currently, only the following languages are supported:
English
Spanish
Simplified Chinese
Traditional Chinese

Activities and Assessment Tabs Updates
Based on your feedback, we have made enhancements to the Activities and Assessments tab to make you life a little easier while navigating the tabs.
The Select an Activity/Assessment Dropdown has been moved to the left hand side instead of the right hand side. This allows you to quickly access the dropdown box to start a new form without needing to scroll to the right to locate the dropdown
We have also made the search filter boxes and their titles always visible when you are scrolling through the list of form results. This will allow you to know what the field header is even when scrolling through form results.
Reorder Fields in Form Builder
We are excited to share that you are now able to quickly reorder fields in Form Builder in a more streamlined and efficient manner.
When editing a form, you will now see a new Reorder button under Save Changes button.
Clicking on Reorder will allow you to quickly and easily drag and drop the fields in a more user friendly manner and even allow you to drag and drop fields into and out of field groups.
