In order to import Form Results at the Program level, users can set up a Data Map as they would for any other import, selecting program_wide in the contactSubTypes section of the Data Map:
Every Program record has a matching Program Contact record. There are notable because they do not have a Contact Type when searching for them in the Jump to contact bar:
The uid of this record is what will be put in the UID column of the Data Map Template for the import, not the uid from the Program tab URL.
For the example above, this is the URL for the Program:
This is the URL for the corresponding Program Contact:
Note that the UID does not match. The uid for this import would be a9b47b94-9e58-4d87-bc4f-7cba30ce6348.
