If you have administrator-level access to your account in VerticalChange, you may notice that there are options to enter slugs in forms and fields. 

Slugs are short, alphanumeric tags that the staff at VerticalChange use to represent a form or field in your form. These slugs are then used to write advanced calculations in your forms or to pull more complex data queries in our database.

If your agency currently has slugs assigned to a form or fields, do not change these slugs without checking with your Customer Success Manager first! Changing a slug that you have not directly set up yourself could cause information in other areas to break.
