If you would like to print an entire contact file, including the information in your contact's Details tab, all of their Notes, and all Activity and Assessments form, you can do this through our Print All feature.

First, find the contact whose file you would like to print by typing in their name in the Jump To search bar.

Once on your contact's Dashboard, find the print button icon in the yellow right-hand sidebar.

Clicking this will pop open a box where you can select from two options to print:

  • Only Contact Details: Print a PDF of only the information in your contact's Details tab

  • Entire Contact File: Choose from Activities, Assessments, Notes and Details. You will also be able to choose whether to print everything or only the items within a certain date range

Select Entire Contact File.

Choosing Your Dates

You can choose to print Everything since the beginning of time, or only print notes, activities and assessments that were administered within a date range.

Select your option by clicking on the circle next to your preference. If filtering by a date range, click inside the Start date text box and type a date using the MM/DD/YYYY format. The End date will automatically be set for today's date - you can change this to a date in the past, but not any later than today's date.

Choosing What to Print

Once you have decided on a timeframe, you can now select what items you would like to print:

  • Activities: This will print all activity forms filled out for your contact

  • Assessments: This will print all assessment forms filled out for your contact

  • Notes: This will print out all notes entered in the Notes tab

  • Details: This will print out all contact information entered in the Details tab

Once you have updated your print settings, click the Print button.

Accessing Your Contact File

To access your contact's PDF file, check the email associated with your VerticalChange account.

You will have an email in your inbox with the subject "Your Contact File is Ready".

This email will include a secure link to access your contact's file. Clicking on the link will open up a new window with the PDF that was requested.

Important:

  • You will only be able to access the PDF if you are logged into VerticalChange. If you are logged out and click on the link, you will be asked to first log in before you are given access.

  • The link expires after 7 days. If you click on the link and it has expired, you will need to request another download inside the application.
