⭕ This article is for users with the Admin role.
When you send an account invitation to a new staff user, the invitation expires after 3 days if the user doesn't log in.
In order to resend a user account invitation from VerticalChange, navigate to the Staff section, found in the lefthand navigation menu.
Locate the staff user and click the name to view the user account.
Once in the user account, under the Details, you will see a list of staff account details.
At the bottom of the list you will see their status listed as Pending, with an option to Re-invite. Click to re-invite the user.
Click the blue box with a white check mark to confirm, or the red box with the white X to cancel.
You will receive a confirmation notice at the top of your screen that the invitation will be resent.
