⭕ This article is for users with the Admin role.
1 . From the Main Menu, select Staff on the lefthand navigation menu to view a list of all staff users.
2. Click on the name of the staff you wish to suspend or activate.
3. On the Details tab, look for the staff's current status at the bottom of the Details list.
4. Click the option to the right of the current status (either Suspend or Activate, blue in color, and in parenthesis) to change that status.
Two confirmation boxes will appear next to the current status.
The blue box with a white check mark confirms the change. The red box with an X cancels the change. Once clicked the new status will be in place.
Note: if activating a user account, the user's status will change to Pending until the user logs in to their account from the welcome email.
