1. Archive form --- Allow user to destroy a form template
When checked, user can:
Delete any form templates in the "Forms" section
2. Update form --- Allow user to update a form template
When checked, user can:
Make edits to any form template in the "Forms" section using the Form Builder. This includes adding new fields, deleting fields and updating the settings of fields in the form.
When checked, user cannot:
Delete the form (unless "Archive form" is checked)
3. View form --- Allow user to view form template
When checked, user can:
View all form templates in the "Forms" section
Print form templates
When checked, user cannot:
Update forms (unless "Update form" is checked)
Delete forms (unless "Archive form" is checked)
