1. Update note --- Allow user to create or edit a contact note
When checked, user can:
View and access the "Notes" tab on a contact's profile
Create a new note
Edit an old note
Delete a note
Permission Set Glossary - Note
Areas users can be granted or limited access to in the Notes permission set options
