Areas users can be granted or limited access to in the Report permission set options

⭕ This article is for users with the Account Owner role.

1. Archive report --- Allow user to archive a report

When checked, user can:

  • Delete a saved report

2. Update report --- Allow user to add and edit agency reports

When checked, user can:

  • Access the Report Builder

  • Pull any data from the Report Builder, including contact information, group information, and form results

  • Save a report to the agency's Reports

  • Open a saved report and make and save changes

❗Tip: Unchecking this permission option will allow your users to view saved reports, but not be able to edit them (as long as you have 'View report' checked as well)

3. View QRIS Rating Summary --- Allow user to view QRIS report

🚩 Only applicable to agencies with the QRIS feature enabled

When checked, user can:

  • View a QRIS site's rating summary from the "Rating Preview" tab

4. View report --- Allow user to view agency reports

When checked, user can:

  • Access the "Reports" tab and view all saved agency reports

5. View standard report --- Allow user to view standard reports

When checked, user can:

  • Access and view an agency's "Standard Reports" and "Standard Exports"
