🚩 Only applicable to agencies with the participants feature enabled.
1 . From the left-hand navigation menu, select Participants to view a list of all participant users.
2. Click on the name of the user you wish to suspend or activate.
3. On the Profile tab, at the bottom of the page, find the Status field in the Administrative section.
4. Click the option to the right of the current status (either Suspend or Activate, blue in color, and in parenthesis) to change that status.
Two confirmation boxes will appear next to the current status.
The blue box with a white check mark confirms the change. The red box with an X cancels the change. Once clicked, the new status will be in place.
Note: if activating a participant user account, the user's status will change to Pending until the user logs in to their account from the welcome email.
