🚩 Only applicable to agencies with the participants feature enabled.
Sometimes people lose or forget their password. It happens! If it does, the participant user will reach out to you, the administrator, to reset it for them.
To do this, first navigate to the Participant section located in the lefthand navigation menu. Locate the user and click the name to view the user account.
On the Profile tab, you will see a list of user account details.
At the bottom of the list, there is a Password reset option in the Administrative section, with an option to Send password reset email. Click this to send the password reset.
Click the blue box with a white check mark to confirm, or the red box with the white X to cancel. The last sent details will be updated and your participant user will receive an email in their inbox to reset their password.
