The Form Builder allows administrators to create new forms that you can complete for your contacts.
There are three types of forms that you can create:
Activities - service-oriented forms
Assessments - outcome-oriented forms
Contact - contact information
With the Form Builder, you have access to a number of different field types so you can collect data efficiently!

Once you have created a form, your staff can start collecting data using these forms on their contacts' Activities, Assessments, and Details tabs.
