Contact Grid
We're kicking of the year with an improvement to our "Contact" section. When you login and navigate to the contact section of VerticalChange you'll notice that the filters have been moved to the right. This allows the user with a cleaner view of the contact grid as well as gives us the ability to add more powerful filters in the future.

New settings when creating a new User account
When you create a new user account, you can now set the following parameters:

  • Timezone - Timezone of the user you're adding, in some cases the user is in a different timezone than the agency.

  • Permission Set - You can now assign a permission set when creating the account instead of setting a permission set at a later step.

Hide the "Activity" tab
You can now hide the activity tab if your agency only utilizes assessment forms. Here is an article you can reference for more details on this new feature.

Calculating duration using two time entry fields
Our first LUA improvement of the year—we added the ability to calculate duration between two time fields.

LUA scripts now support reading from address fields
You can now pull information from address fields in LUA scripts.

Hide the LUA script box in the form builder
With continue improvements to our LUA capabilities, we've added the feature to hide the script box in order to prevent accidental entry into that field.
