Attendance Module

While taking attendance, you can now save partial attendance data as the day goes by; as a result, we have removed the "Clear" button as there is no need to reset attendance now that saving incomplete attendance is possible.

The "View" link now opens up the contact's registration form in a new tab—this makes it easier for users to view relevant information while working on attendance.

We added the ability to allow "timespan" fields when registering contacts. In the registration form, when selecting the dates of the week, you'll be able to allow users to enter a specific time frame for each day. Currently, this "timespan" data requires a standard report to export from VerticalChange for reporting purposes—in the future, we plan to make this pullable via the report builder.

Form Builder

We added a new "Currency" field to our form builder—this will allow agencies to track dollar amounts more accurately. For agencies utilizing scripting, you can write scripts that manipulate/calculate these fields.

We added two new types to the "Relationship" field—"Parent A" and "Parent B."

Links to web pages in forms are now functioning correctly—you no longer get an "Oops! We couldn't find the page you were looking for." error when clicking on a link on a form.

The 93117 zip code will now pull Goleta, CA—it was previously pulling Santa Barbara, CA.

We've fixed a bug on the report builder where deleted form results were showing as rows with no data in reports.

In the attendance module, the names of contacts now show as Last Name, First Name across all days.

We squashed a bug were scripting was not functioning correctly on specific forms.

We've fixed a bug in the Attendance module where clicking on a session would take you to the last date selected even if that date is not part of the session clicked on.
