Auth0

We're happy to introduce Auth0 features such as MFA authentication and user's ability to reset their passwords. To learn more about the new login screen as well as its accompanying features please read this article.

Open a Contact's Profile on a New Tab

When searching for a contact on the "Jump to" search bar, users can now open that contact's profile in a new tab. It also works this way when linking contacts in other app areas such as in a related field on a form.

Variable Schedules

Agencies using the attendance module can now set specific schedules per student in their registration form. These times will be automatically selected when taking attendance. This data is not available to pull from the "Report Builder." VerticalChange support staff can assist you in pulling a report of this data through SQL if needed.

Another improvement we made to the attendance module is that users can quickly navigate to the site's profile from the attendance page.

Program Goals

We've made improvements to the form list in contact's dashboards—you can now change the order of the form results listed. You can filter form results by date, or by a custom single-select field.

Multi-Select Timespan Field

Users can now set the "multi-select" field to a "time-span" field—this allows us to input a time-in and time-out. We can import into these fields via the importer v2.

When a user fills out a related contact field, the association now registers in both contacts with related contact fields in the forms.

We've squashed a bug where the available fields in the form builder were not scrolling correctly.

Start and end times should now correctly default to the correct values in the attendance module.

We've squashed a bug where the UID on the sidebar of group contacts was not displaying when viewing particular tabs.

We've corrected several issues involving the new user interface update. The tables in the report builder now scroll correctly. Users can now print all fields in the form. Individual sections of the app were showing incorrect icons—this is no longer the case. Pages now scroll correctly across the app.

We've fixed a bug where Lua was calculating the duration between time-in fields and time-out fields incorrectly.

We've squashed a bug where users could view past form results of forms they did not have permissions to. Users could also see these past form results from the dashboard; this is no longer possible.

We've fixed a bug where multi-select fields in contact forms were not saving correctly.

We've squashed a bug where the button to remove a document uploaded to a form went missing.

We've fixed a bug where the default option of a single-select field was not automatically selected.

When users searched for a contact in the "Jump to" search bar—the contact's details still showed disenrolled programs.

We've squashed a bug where users could not print attendance or rosters in the attendance module.

We've squashed a bug where users could not archive a form after making changes to the form layout. We've also fixed a bug where form results for archived forms were not loading.

We've fixed a bug where clicking on a date on the missing attendance calendar pulled an error.

We've squashed a bug where imported form results were not displaying the accurate status icon.
