Once you receive SQL credentials and other connection details from our Customer Success Team you can setup your VPN client by following the instructions below in the "Connecting to the VPN" section.

If you've configured your VPN client correctly and can connect to the Subvertical clients private network, you should be able to use any PostgreSQL 9.5 compatible client to connect to your agency's database.

Here are some resources on how to get started with common use cases:

Connecting to the VPN

  1. Goto vpn.subvertical.com and click the Sign in with Auth0 button

  2. Setup a security pin

  3. Once you are on the pritunl user profile page, download the native client by clicking the Download Client link

  4. Open the Pritunl Client app on your machine

  5. Import the your profile by copying the profile URI link on the VPN website and pasting it in the Import Profile URI on the desktop app

  6. Click the Connect button on the right side menu.

  7. You will be prompted for the pin you created on step 3.

  8. If the connection is successful you should see the IP address that was assigned to your client.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to have an active web session at vpn.subvertical.com to be able to login to your machine's client.
