Sometimes you may need to complete a form for the program itself, versus a contact or a group. To do that, you must complete a Program-Wide Activity or Assessment form.
How to fill out a Program-Wide Form
To start a new program-wide activity or assessment form, click on the Programs button in the lefthand navigation menu.
From the list of programs, select the program that you would like to fill out a form for.
Click the tab for Program-Wide Activities or Program-Wide Assessments. You will see a list of all previous activity and assessment forms.
To start a new form, click the Record a new Activity/Assessment drop-down and select your form from the list.
Fill out the form and click Save.
To view or make changes to already-existing forms, click on the name of the form in the list.
This will open up your form in edit mode - make changes, then click Save.
