In the Report Builder, you can filter your data according to date by using the Date Filter. Filters can be seen at the tops of all the columns in your report.  Each of these filters looks a little different depending on what kind of data is in that column.:

When filtering in a date field, you can use the filter preset to tell the Report Builder what data to pull (such as Year to Date, Last Month, etc.), or you can enter your own set of dates by choosing "custom".  

To use the Presets, the filter icon that looks like a little funnel, prompts a dialog box to appear. Here you can select the time period you’d like to filter by using the "Select a time period" dropdown.

From here you can select the time period you’d like to filter for: last month, last 30 days, year to date, or custom.

If you choose custom, you have the option of typing in the dates in the “from” and “to” fields, or selecting the icon to the right of the “from” and “to” field to use a calendar to select your dates dates.

Once your dates have been selected, click “done” and your data will filter accordingly.

To remove a filter, go to the upper right hand tab at the top of the report builder and click on the tab called “filters”. Here you can simply click on the “remove” indicator to the right of the filter.

To filter a column by more than one search criteria, click on the filter icon on the column that you need to filter.

In the search box, enter the first search criteria and then click the +. This will expand the box to add an additional search criteria. Repeat as needed.

The multi-search will default to returning all form results that have any of the search criteria.

If you want to view results that only include the search criteria, click on the "Includes one of these terms" and it will change to "includes all of these terms". This will then return results that include all terms that you entered.
