Make draft of the letter you want
2. Define a Program and Form(s) needed to collect the data needed in the mail merge
3. Start with a small amount data first (less than 5 records in your report)
4. Do a trial run to see what the letters will look like on the printer you will be using
5. Tweak the layout to match your printer
6. For single line space instead of double line space user 'shift+enter' instead of 'enter'.
