This article is meant to help Santa Barbara First 5 grantees find where to complete their BAR report narrative in VerticalChange.
From the left side bar, click on the Programs icon. A list of all programs in the system will be displayed.
2. From the program list, select the program about which you are adding a BAR narrative.
3. Click the tab for Program-Wide Assessments to view a list of previous assessments.
4. Once in the tab, you should see a list of your previous BAR narratives, and a dropdown menu, Record a new Assessment.
5. To add a new BAR narrative, select "Biannual Report" from the dropdown.
6. Fill in the BAR narrative and click "save" at the bottom. NOTE: You can save the BAR at any time and come back to it to complete it. You do not need to finish it in one sitting.
