The list of saved reports is a useful tool to help you and your users access common data over and over again without having to rebuild your report each time.

In order to help you facilitate what data your team sees, you can also assign these reports to particular permissions sets in your system.

By assigning one or more permission set to a saved report, only users with that permission set will be able to see the report in the list of Reports

Agency Admin View

vs. Program Manager View

Note that the Monthly Progress Report, which is only available to Agency Admin and System Admin users, is not visible for the Program Manager.

You can assign a permission set to your saved report when saving or updating a report. At the top of the screen, next to the report's "Name" and "Category", click inside the "Permission Sets" drop-down.

A list of all permission sets in your system will appear. Click each one that should have access to the report, then click "Save report".

If you leave the "Permission Set" option blank, then every user with access to the Report Builder will be able to see the report.

You can always check the access levels of each report on the main Reports list, and update as needed.
