When creating and editing activity and assessment forms, you have many different field types to choose from, and it can be hard to understand which one is best for the data you want to collect. 

To help you out, this article has the list of all the different available field types and how they are commonly used.  Let's take a look.

When you create a new form or are editing a form, the Available Fields are listed on the right side of the Form Builder. 

This list includes all available Field Types that you can add to a form. Click on the hyperlink and read about how to add each field, the different settings you can add on each field, and what they look like when being filled out in a form!

**These Options in the list are not actually fields because they don't collect data, but instead are used to organize other fields.
