How to Seal Records for Contact's Enrollment

Record Sealing is very useful to minimize availability of information in the system, especially once a Release of Information form expires or you get a Court Order to Seal Records. Here is how it works!

Find the Contact you want to Seal Records for, and go to their Programs Tab. Click the Open Lock icon to Seal that enrollment. If the Contact is Dis-enrolled, simply click the Previous Enrollments text to show old enrollments so you can seal them too!

Once you have done this, any forms that were filled out for that program enrollment period will have a Closed Lock icon next to them in the Form Result lists and will show  a warning when opened. Users can still click on it to view the form result, but it warns them it is sealed before they can.
