You asked and we listened! With user input we've rolled out some new enhancements to VerticalChange. Check them out below.

Jump to Contact Search: Widened search results when using the Jump to Contact Search feature
Tab Order Customization: You can now customize the order of tabs in a contact
New feature to clone reports in Report Builder: You are now able to clone a saved report in Report Builder
Staff and Participant Report Enhancements (Admins Only): Ability to view Permission Set in the Staff Report and new ability to search by e-mail on the Participants Report
Updated Participants User Interface: It is now easier to find participants when filling out a form with over 25 participants
Ability to enter holidays for future dates (only applies to agencies who track attendance): it is now easier to enter holidays in the attendance module for future holiday dates
FindHelp Integration (only applies to agencies using FindHelp Integration): VerticalChange now offers integration with FindHelp, for referrals
Jump to Contact Search Enhancements
Widened Search Bar. When using the "Jump to Contact" search bar, the return results has been widened to allow for longer names to fully display.
Tab Order Customization in a Contact
Moving tabs within a contact. You are now able to customize the order in which the tabs within a contact show up. The customization is per user, allowing each user to see the order of the tabs in the order that they prefer.
To customize your tab view,
Access a contact and click on the last tab with the three lines.
Click on the tab menu that you would like to rearrange and drag and drop it to where you would like it to show in the order of the tabs.
Scroll to the bottom and click save.
You will now see that the order of the tabs is now set to your personal preferences.

Ability to Clone Reports in Report Builder
You are now able to Clone an existing saved report in Report Builder.
To clone an existing report and save with different filters, etc:
Navigate to Reports
Click on the Report Builder Tab
Find the report that you would like to duplicate and click "Clone"
You will receive a message at the top that your report was successfully cloned
You can now go in to the cloned report and rename the report and update filters, dates, etc.
Your original report will still be available and remain the same
Staff and Participant Report Enhancements (Admin Only)
New "Permission Set" tab in the "Staff Report". This new tab allows authorized users to quickly see what permission set is associated with each user, saving time by not needing to go in to each user profile separately
Search by "email" address. You can now search for a staff user by e-mail address and export the email address column to CSV, Excel.

Updated Participants User Interface
When a group has twenty-five or more Participants, the list of checkboxes will now automatically switch to a dropdown box, within which you can type the names of Participants to search and select. You will still be able to Toggle All on and off as you were previously, and removing Participants from the checked Participant list will return them to the Dropdown Box.
Ability to enter holidays for future dates
To track a holiday (a day when school would normally be in session but is not, such as Memorial Day), click the Is holiday? checkbox at the top of the attendance list. You can do so via the daily or weekly tab:
This will grey-out all students in the list so that you cannot track their attendance.
You may choose to enter a reason for the holiday or closure. Click the blue submit button to log the holiday. Holidays may also be added ahead of time from the session itself when the session is created or by editing an existing session.
If a child has left or been removed from a session, you can exit them directly from the attendance screen. Click on Exit beside their attendance row, on the far right. You will then need to enter their Exit Reason and Exited At date, then click Save, to exit the child.
To track attendance on a different session, click on the Attendance section in the left navigation bar to get back to the list of all sessions.

FindHelp Referral Management Integration
VerticalChange now offers integration with FindHelp, an online referral platform. VerticalChange can now import referrals made to your organization through FindHelp and offers a de-duplicating view, to check if a client is already being served by your organization.
Referrals can also be created in VerticalChange and automatically sent to FindHelp where a referral is created for an external organization.
