We have created a new Staff Activity Report that is available to all users who are in an "account owner" role.
The Staff Activity Report is available for all account owner user roles under Reports>Standard Reports and is found under the Standard System Reports heading.
The Staff Activity Report allows you to run reporting on activity that your staff has completed within VerticalChange. You are able to filter by date range and also by users, to customize your search.
To access the Staff Activity Report, go to Reports, click on the Standard Reports tab and click on the Staff Activity Report.
After you've selected your search criteria, click on download and the report will download to an excel file for you. If the report is too large to run immediately, it will be run offline and you will receive an email with a link to download the report.
The Staff Activity Report includes the following:
Occurrence Time - this is the time that the activity occured
User Name - user name of the staff user who completed the action
Action - category of the action (i.e. created, modified, deleted a form)
Subject of Action - where the action took place (contact form, form result name, etc)
Contact Name - the name of the contact who had the activity was completed on
Contact UID - the UID of the contact
Form Result UID - the UID of the form result
