Programs are like containers where we store specific forms.  If a form isn't in the container you just opened (isn't connected to the program you're in), you won't see it.  In this article you'll find out how to connect your form to the program of interest. 

NOTE:  Only administrator level users have the ability to connect forms to programs.  
Navigate to Forms on the left hand side bar.  Once there, you will see a list of all your forms, divided out by category (assessment, activity, contact).  Click on the form you want to attach.  Once you're inside the form, click on the "edit" button on the upper right.  Once the form is in edit mode, you will see a grey bar at the top that says, "Current Associated Programs".  Click on the blue "change" button on the top right, and you can then click on the program you'd like to have that form associated with.   Click "save changes" and you're done!!!
