You asked and we listened! With user input we've rolled out some new enhancements to VerticalChange. Check them out below.

We are excited to share that the Report Builder now offers the option to pause report generation so that you can create a report and impose filters and grouping without having to wait for the builder to work through fetching your report.

Updated Dashboard UI

As part of our ongoing UI initiative, we've revamped the Dashboard users see upon login in order to make it more useful. Users will notice a significant visual update, as well as some updated functionality.

Highlights:

  1. Agency's logo (if an image has been uploaded) and a welcome message on the board.

  2. Product Updates - you will now see our most recent Product Updates near the top of the Dashboard.

  3. Ability to expand/collapse the board.

  4. Tasks - if your agency uses our task feature, you will now see the Task Interface on your dashboard, reducing the number of clicks that it takes to get to your tasks

  5. Recent events - updated look and feel.

New Contact Subtype Access Levels

Introducing a powerful new feature – Contact Subtype access levels. This feature empowers your agency to fine-tune user permissions for viewing, creating, and editing specific Contact Subtypes.

Contact Subtype (CST) access levels can be enabled by VerticalChange staff within your agency. Once activated, users with the ‘Manage account/users” permission can control what users with specific permission sets can do with specific CSTs. This won’t impact users’ ability to access contact profiles, attach form results, or enroll contacts in programs.

You are now able to control Contact Subtypes access by permission set. There are three levels:

  1. Write - allows users within the permission set to create/edit a specific Contact Subtype.

  2. Read - allows users within the permission set to read contacts by Contact Subtype but not edit or create.

  3. None - users within the permission set will not have access to the specific Contact Subtype. If you are interested in learning more or would like to enable this exciting new feature, please reach out to a member of our Support Team or to your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
