Navigate to the Activities tab of the contact you've completed a form for and click on the form you want to revise in the Existing Results list. Once you click on it, you'll see an edit, delete and print button on the top right in blue. Click on the action you want to complete.
When editing a form, don't forget to save!
Note: If you do not see the edit or delete button, then you do not have permission to make these changes to your form. Please reach out to your supervisor.
