Saved Reports in Report Builder will now allow users to view Last Accessed By and Last Accessed Date columns in Saved Reports within VerticalChange.

These new columns will help your teams to better understand who is accessing saved reports and if the reports are actively being used.

In order for a user to be able to view these new columns, you will first need to enable the permission within Permission Sets.

In order to do this, you will go to Account>Permission Sets. Under the Reports section, turn on "View Access Data" and save. Users who have an "Admin" role are able to edit Permissions.

Please note that data will only show in these columns for reports that were accessed after 4/10/2024.
