Previously, when users encountered an error, they would have to proactively reach out via chat in order to report their experience. This led to issues either going unreported or being reported after the fact when the user might have forgotten specifics about how the error was produced.
Now, when users encounter a fatal error (those that prevent the user from being able to complete their workflow) they will be presented with a dialog box asking them to detail the steps that they took leading up to the production of the error. It will look like this:

Our error tracking service will also record the actions taken up until the point of the error. This combined with the user's feedback will allow us to more accurately and quickly address serious issues, cutting down on the amount of problems that may prevent users from completing their workflows.
