You asked and we listened! With user input we've rolled out some new enhancements to VerticalChange. Check them out below.
Outside (Public) Forms
You now have the ability to set up a form to allow it to be completed and attached directly to a program via a shareable URL.
When enabled, you can easily associate a Form in Form Builder with a Program under the Form Sharing feature.
This creates a link that can be copied and shared with users, to allow a user to fill out a form anonymously and tie it back to the Program.

View Age in Months on Right Side Bar
We now have more options on how a Contact's age can display on the Right Side Bar:
Display on sidebar as Age (existing functionality). This option will show the contact's age on the sidebar in years.
Display on sidebar as age in months (new functionality). Selecting this option will show the contact's age on the sidebar in months.
If both are selected, you will see the Contact's Age in both years and months.
The option to display age on sidebar is only available on a "date field" that is on a Contact Form when "Visible on sidebar" is checked.
To enable this new option:
Go to Forms
Contact Forms
Select Contact Form to customize
Add a Date Field (or edit an existing date field)
Check "visible on sidebar"
Select how you would like the age to appear:

Embedded Dashboards (Visual Reports)
VerticalChange has the capability to display Visual Dashboards directly in the application, eliminating the need for users to maintain two separate log-ins.
When enabled, you can control what reports are brought in to the Visual Reporting module and set up permission access, to ensure that only the permitted users are able to access the report.
Visual Reports are controlled by permission set. If a user has access to view "Visual Reports", they will see a Visual Reports tab on the left-side menu.
Once they access Visual Reports, they will see a list of the available reports to view.
If your agency is currently set up to view dashboards via Visual VerticalChange and you are interested in embedding your dashboard directly into the application, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or a member of our support team.
Collaborative Editing
Multiple users can now edit the same form result at the same time, without interfering with each other's edits.
When two users are in the same Form Result, they will see fields greyed out in real time as the other user is editing it, blocking them from editing the field at the same time and potentially overwriting their coworker's changes.
Each user's changes are also saved in real time, so if they make a change and navigate away from the page by accident, they will not lose the data.
NOTE: The auto-saving aspect does not apply to Form Results that have never been saved, only Form Results that have been created and saved previously.
