We will explain how to set up reporting and how to send Form links to multiple contacts at once in this article.

First, ensure that Public forms is set up the form you would like to send. Click here to learn how to set up Public Forms on the Contact Level
Steps for setting up Bulk Public Form Sending:
Go to Report Builder
Create new Report
You will want to create a report that includes the Email and Phone number fields. It's always a good idea to add in First and Last Name and UID for quick reference
Set any filters you may have to define which contacts you want to receive the link (example: if you want to send the form links to all contacts under a specific Program, add the Program field and filter for that specific program)
Name and save the report
Go to Registrations Tab
Click on the Direct to Contact link
Click Send to Multiple Contacts
Select the form link that you'd like to share in the Select a Form to Share dropdown
Select the report that you saved that includes the email/phone number fields from the Select a Report to Generate the List of Contacts*
Select which field you'd like to send: email or Text
Click Send Form
Once sent, you will see the status of each send attempt in the grid on the Direct to Contact tab and resend, if needed.
Access to sending Public Form links is driven by permission sets. You will need to enable the following permissions in order for a user to be able to use this feature:
