How to set up Tagging

You are able to set multi-select fields on Common Fields and Contact Subtype Fields for Tagging. When a multi-select field is set for Tagging, a tag will display on the Contact's right-side bar to allow you to quickly identify the tag.

Example: you want to quickly identify if a client is approved for a specific service. You would create a multi-select field in the Common Fields or Contact Subtype and set that field for Tagging. Once that field is filled in for a contact, it will display prominently in the right-side bar.
