New VerticalChange Website

Early this year, we announced our new website and logo. We hope you like our sleek new design!

New Help Center & Status Page URL

We have updated our Help Center and Status Page URL to a secure https location - https://help.verticalchange.com/en/

Please make sure if you have any help articles or our Status page bookmarked, that you update them with https

Attendance Pagination

For agencies using our Attendance module, we have added pagination to the Active Sessions page, making it quicker and easier for the page to load.

Audio & Video Upload Support

We have now added support for the following file types when uploading documents:

  • mp3

  • mp4

  • mpg

You can now also upload files up to 500 MB in size.

  • Earlier this month, we fixed an issue with the Form Builder for Contact Forms, where the Save button was disabled and would not allow users to save their changes.

  • We have squashed a bug where forms were showing on the contact's Dashboard when the user didn't have permission to them. This was only occurring if the form was part of multiple programs, and the user had access to the form in only one program, and the contact was enrolled in both programs.

  • We have made an improvement to the way that contacts in Relationship & Other Contacts fields displays. Once you've saved your form, the list of contacts will be alphabetical.

  • We've squashed a bug where the "Last updated time" field on form results in the Report Builder was not updating to the most recent update of that form result

  • For agencies testing our Importer V2, we have fixed up a couple of issues, including:

  • Importing Contact Details was not updating the Report Builder with the updated data

  • For agencies using our Sessions feature, Teacher Registration templates were missing the Active Session Unique ID column
