Field Access Levels in Contact Forms

You can now control which fields in a contact form your users can edit, view, or not see at all.

To learn more about our Field Access Levels feature, and how it works in activities, assessment and contact forms, see the help article here: Field Access Levels

Report Builder Filters

We've updated the filters box in the Report Builder with a new and improved interface!

This improvement will make it easier to select different settings on your filters, and apply filters to multiple columns.

Document Permissions

We've enhanced our permissions feature to ensure that if a document is uploaded in a form result (through an Upload field), only users with permission to that form can view the document in the "Documents" tab.

Importer V2 - Group Participants

For agencies using our Importer V2, we've added a feature that will allow you to select the participants on a group form result.

You can read the instructions for how to import this information here: Importing Group Participants on Form Results.

  • We've fixed a permissions issue where participant (contact) users who had permission to "Manage program enrollments" and/or "Manage program disenrollments" were not able to successfully enroll or disenroll their contacts from programs

  • For agencies using the Attendance module:

    • We've made some fixes to ensure that the Attendance list of sessions page does not display a blank page

    • We've also resolved an issue where the Missing Attendance calendar was reporting incorrect missing days

  • Some users experienced and error message when deleting form results that had Lua calculation scripts in them. We've squashed the bug causing these errors, and form results should now be able to be deleted.

  • We've fixed a typo when deleting a form form the Form Builder that reported you've deleted "an Form".

  • We've updated the Community Board's "Assigned Staff" column to only show staff who are active (not suspended)

  • A bug has been squashed where the same contact could be added multiple times to a Family or Group, through the "Groups" tab
